Dr. Joyce Fang Inouye, a native of Southern California, is a highly qualified and experienced dentist who is passionate about providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Management from UC Irvine and a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Fang Inouye also completed an additional training program in Hospital Dentistry and Special Patient Care at UCLA Medical Center, where she was honored to serve as the Chief Resident. With a strong background in academia, Dr. Fang Inouye has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UCLA School of Dentistry.
Dr. Fang Inouye had a successful dental practice in Santa Monica before relocating to Irvine. She has a wide range of experience in treating patients of all ages. She has training in treating patients with medical and developmental disabilities.
Aside from her professional achievements, Dr. Fang Inouye has also had some memorable experiences outside of dentistry. She was featured in a national commercial ad campaign for Colgate alongside Brooke Shields, earning her "30 seconds of fame."
In her free time, Dr. Fang Inouye enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband, three children, and their furry kids (two dogs and a cat). She is an active volunteer and serves as a Mentor for the school of Biological Sciences at UC Irvine, guiding students in their career paths in the healthcare field. She also volunteers as a District Representative for the Orange County Boy Scouts of America, and actively supports various educational establishments in the Irvine Unified School District and multiple philanthropies.
